Plastics??

A few things have been on my mind lately. One of which is why do some Lyme disease patients, or even chronically ill people in general, have such a hard time getting better.
Most people who have educated themselves in natural treatment of chronic disease know that mold and heavy metals are the most common and most treated for toxins. Many people with Lyme disease have found mold in their homes and attribute mycotoxins to their inability to heal.
Mold detoxification has become an integral part of treating some lyme disease patients. Removing the mycotoxins which act as blocks to the immune system the body can begin to heal.

Mercury, copper, lead, and arsenic are other common pollutants that hinder the bodies of those with chronic disease. It's not uncommon for Lyme patients to have had fheir fillings removed and undergone some kind of chelation therapy. Mercury and lead for example are known nerve irritants and can block the lymph system.

Mold and metals both have known tests and treatments, both are reversible with time. What else, what other toxins are responsible for keeping those who are chronically ill sick?? Plastics(Pthaletes) are sure to be one. Inorganic compounds that bacteria in the environment cannot even break down, that for sure has to cause a problem for the human body. Pthaletes have been found to disrupt hormones and other systems in the body, this for sure could bring down someone's immunity significantly.

Plastic toxicity isn't talked about often and I only found one test for Pthaletes. No drug or natural treatments, just diet and lifestyle recommendations. Infrared red sauna was also mentioned as beneficial for detoxifying plastics.

This is just a thought. We use plastics for everything, the keys on my keyboard right now included.
What else could be a reason for someone to stay sick, emotions, relationships, bad habits??
