I know I need vitamin D... as well as a lot of other vitamins and minerals that I probably can't get from my foods
ReplyDeleteIts so hard to get it in the winter, that's why I decided to post about it now that its starting to get darker and colder!
ReplyDeleteIt takes such a varied diet to hit all of the vitamins, like vitamin K2. It is found in very few foods but it is so important to bone health!
